Tasty Vegan Foods!

Vegan Food 
It can be tasty and nutritionally great for you!
Here are some yummy vegan foods I have made!


Spring Roll, made with red/green cabbage, tofu, carrots, amino liquids, and rice wraps! 




Grilled veggies(from a cast iron grill pan)
Eggplant, Red peppers, zucchini, meatless sausage, bella mushrooms, and red onions



Tofu stir fry!
Rainbow carrots, snow peas, broccoli, yellow peppers, tofu ( pan fried), and white rice.
spices ( ginger, garlic, liquid aminos)
Lots of calcium, fiber, protein, beta-carotene, and iron



Gluten Free pasta, zucchini, onions, sodium free red sauce, and a "cheese" made from cashews, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder.
Lots of fiber, protein, calcium, carbohydrates, fats, and taste GREAT!
